The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, Because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners
— Isaiah 61:1

I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m Christina B. Ferreira, certified christian life coach through NowBloom Academy.

I am a seasoned and dedicated follower of Christ with a purpose to help God’s daughters overcome the pain of heartbreak, turn their wounds into wisdom and reclaim their identity in Christ.

A story of pain, faith, and hope — so you know you’re not alone in yours.

A woman in a pink suit and white heels sitting on a teal velvet sofa, smiling at the camera. There is a bouquet of flowers wrapped in pink paper on the floor next to her and a purple flowering plant on the right side.

Like many women, I once believed love would finally make me feel seen, chosen, and whole.

I longed for a relationship where I felt deeply valued —
where I was heard, appreciated, and genuinely loved.

Yet time and again, I found myself questioning my worth and wondering if I was ever truly enough.

I became well acquainted with betrayal, rejection, and heartbreak.

Without realizing it, I had made relationships — and the hope of marriage — an idol.

I spent a long season of singleness carrying wounds I didn’t yet know how to heal.

Brokenness marked that season.
But it was in that brokenness that God began to work.

I remember feeling numb, lost, and deeply confused.
Mentally exhausted.
Unsure of who I even was anymore.

I was young and new in my faith, lacking healthy boundaries and clear examples to follow.

Through a series of difficult — yet refining — moments, the Lord gently led me into repentance and surrender, inviting me to lay this area of my life at His feet.

As the Holy Spirit began to reveal my heart, He showed me the roots of my patterns — many of them tied to my childhood.

I took ownership of my own shortcomings.

I sought counsel from my pastors.
I pursued coaching and mentorship.
I studied Scripture.
I leaned into resources that challenged me to grow.

Step by step, I began renewing my mind — a process that continues to this day.

What I knew for certain was this:

I never wanted to keep repeating the same cycles or carrying the same pain.

So I stopped chasing love.
I stepped away from dating.
I redirected my focus toward my relationship with God.

In that sacred space, healing began.

I reclaimed my identity in Christ and learned what it meant to be anchored, whole, and secure in Him.

God used what once felt like a mess
to mature my character,
deepen my wisdom,
clarify my purpose,
and shape me into the woman He was calling me to become.

Looking back now, I see a pattern I couldn’t recognize at the time.

Throughout those seasons, God consistently brought women into my life —
women who were heartbroken, fearful, uncertain, and unsure how to navigate healing.

God was preparing me long before I realized it.

In 2022, my mentor asked me,
“Christina, have you ever thought about life coaching?”

It wasn’t the first time the question had been asked —
but this time, something stirred within me.

I began praying seriously for clarity and direction, which ultimately led me to become certified through NowBloom Academy in December 2023.

I didn’t choose life coaching — life coaching chose me.

My heart’s desire is to see women of God rise into everything He has called them to be.

Free from unhealthy mindsets, behaviours, and relationships.
Set apart for His purposes.
Living intentionally, with clarity and confidence, as they prepare for what He has next.

If parts of my story feel familiar,
you don’t have to walk this season alone.

Healing doesn’t require rushing —
it requires truth, support, readiness, and a safe space to meet God honestly.

If you feel led to explore what coaching together could look like, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
