Frequently Asked Questions

These questions are here to offer clarity, reassurance, and transparency as you discern next steps.

  • Christian life coaching is a faith-centered, reflective process that helps you gain clarity, healing, and direction as you walk with God through real-life challenges.

Rather than giving advice or quick fixes, coaching creates a safe and intentional space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface — emotionally, spiritually, and relationally — while keeping Christ at the center.

It’s not about being told what to do.

It’s about being guided with wisdom, truth, prayer, and discernment as you learn to move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • Coaching and therapy/counceling are both valuable, but they serve different purposes.

Therapy often focuses on diagnosing, processing past trauma, or addressing mental health conditions.

Coaching focuses on present awareness, healing patterns, spiritual growth, and forward movement.

I do not diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or replace licensed therapy.

If therapy is needed, I will always encourage you to seek appropriate support.

Many women I work with have done therapy before — and find coaching helpful as a next layer of healing and integration.

  • Coaching may be a good fit for you if you:

    • Are navigating heartbreak, relational wounds, or emotional confusion

    • Desire healing that is rooted in faith, not just mindset shifts

    • Feel stuck repeating patterns and want clarity and freedom

    • Are willing to show up honestly and do the inner work

    • Want support, guidance, and accountability — not surface encouragement

    Coaching is not about perfection.
It’s about willingness, honesty, and a desire to grow.

  • Each conversation is personal, prayerful, and guided with intention.

I invite the Holy Spirit into our time together and seek God’s wisdom throughout the process. Our work is collaborative — you are never pushed, rushed, or pressured.

    I will:

    • Ask thoughtful, reflective questions

    • Offer insight and gentle guidance

    • Help you identify patterns, beliefs, and attachments

    • Encourage truth, clarity, and emotional honesty

You will never be told what to do — but you will be supported in discerning what God is inviting you into.

  • The first step is a conversation.

If you’re on Instagram, send me a DM with the word HEALED, and we’ll take it one step at a time.

If you’re not on Instagram, you’re welcome to reach out through the contact form on this website. I’ll respond personally and guide you from there.

  • Christian life coaching is not meant to replace the Gospel, prayer, Scripture, pastoral care, or the free gifts of grace God offers us. Salvation, spiritual encouragement, and the love of God are freely given and never something we pay for.

The financial investment in coaching reflects the time, training, preparation, spiritual discernment, and personal support given to you through this work. Like other trained professionals (therapists, counselors, nutritionists, or guides of any kind), coaching involves intention, structure, and expertise.

    Coaching sessions offer:

    • focused reflection and insight

    • scripture-rooted guidance

    • emotional and spiritual space to process

    • accountability and next steps

    • resources and prayer woven into the conversation

The fee is for the coaching process itself — the time, presence, and partnership you receive — not for access to God, healing, prayer, or the Gospel.

This investment also invites both of us to show up with intention, care, and mutual commitment to the journey.

  • That’s okay.

You don’t need certainty — just openness.

If something you’ve read resonates, you’re invited to reach out and explore whether coaching is a good fit. There is no pressure to move forward unless it feels aligned for both of us.

  • No.

I work with women in different relational seasons, including:

    • Single women navigating heartbreak or long seasons of waiting

    • Divorced women processing grief, betrayal, or identity shifts

    • Married women who feel emotionally disconnected, unseen, or stuck

What matters most is not your relationship status — but your readiness to engage in the healing process.

  • Healing work requires consistency and intentionality. For that reason, I don’t offer one-off or drop-in sessions. Details about working together are shared through conversation.

  • 100% confidential. All sessions remain private between client and coach at all times. If necessary, a coach will use headphones. Also, all digital note taking from sessions are placed in a password sensitive folder that only the coach can access.

  • Yes, I am not a therapist, psychotherapist, psychologist, or counselor. I am a Christian Life Coach and all information provided is biblically based. I am unqualified to help with severe anxiety, depression or mental health issues. If you are seeking therapy you can search for a therapist in your area at: www.psychologytoday.com or through searching therapy and your location. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis call The National Suicide Line 1-800-273-8255 or 911

Coaching is NOT therapy, mental health counseling, or treatment for substance abuse. Coaching is not a replacement for mental illness treatment, recovery from past abuse, professional medical advice, financial assistance, or legal counsel.

Coaching is for people who generally function effectively but desire to make changes in their lives. Many women see a counselor to address mental health struggles, in addition to working with a life coach at the same time. I can provide Biblical encouragement and accountability, but I am not trained to help with mental health struggles. Please make sure you seek the correct help you need.

At the heart of my coaching practice is a clear purpose and calling.
